Artin Au-Yeung

Associate Attorney

Artin Au-Yeung is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He is a member of the Life Sciences Practice Group and primarily focuses on strategic transactions and licensing.

Prior to joining the firm, Artin was an associate in Kirkland & Ellis’s intellectual property litigation group, where he represented clients in trade secret and patent litigation. He is a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

He earned his law degree in 2020 from UC Berkeley School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Artin served as the Senior Articles Editor and Supervising Editor of the Berkeley Business Law Journal. He also served as an extern for the Honorable Susan Illston of the Northern District of California.

Artin received his undergraduate degree in 2017 from UC Berkeley, where he double majored in Molecular & Cell Biology and Rhetoric and received Honors in Rhetoric.

He is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice in the State of California.
