Christina Andersen

Christina Andersen is of counsel in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of Gibson Dunn’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group. She advises public and privately held companies on the executive compensation, employee benefits and labor and employment-related aspects of a wide range of complex corporate transactions.

Christina also has experience in structuring and negotiating employment and compensation arrangements of all types, such as executive employment agreements, incentive pay plans, and severance and change in control plans and agreements. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, her practice included significant employment litigation component and so she brings a risk-focused, multi-disciplinary approach to compensation and benefits matters that crosses labor, tax, securities, and traditional employee benefits legal requirements. Christina also advises clients on the requirements of and compliance with executive compensation securities disclosure requirements.

She frequently authors publications on executive compensation and human capital management matters.

Christina graduated from Yale Law School, where she was a member of the Yale Law Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Government from Harvard University. Christina also has a Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Yale University.

She is admitted to practice law in the state of New York and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
