BIOGRAPHY

Clark Adams is a staff attorney in the Washington D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Mr. Adams has defended clients in investigations brought by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, in addition to other federal and regulatory agencies. He also has considerable experience representing corporate clients in complex civil litigation, including consumer and securities class actions in federal and state courts. Mr. Adams is a member of the firm’s Electronic Data Discovery Initiative, a task force devoted to issues of electronic discovery, information law, records management and litigation readiness solutions.

Mr. Adams earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 1998. He received a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1994.

Mr. Adams is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
