BIOGRAPHY
Andrew Abell is an associate in the Denver office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Practice Groups.
Mr. Abell represents public and private companies and private equity sponsors in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, recapitalizations and other complex corporate transactions.
Mr. Abell received his J.D. cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2019, where was an editor of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He received a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy with honors from Vanderbilt University in 2016. Prior to joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Abell was an associate in the New York office of another major international law firm.
